Schism explores the moment of internal division. When opposing forces within the psyche press against one another, neither willing to yield. Warm and cool energies collide, fracture, and interlock, suggesting both conflict and necessity. Rather than resolving the tension, the painting holds it in suspension, honoring the space where transformation begins. This work is part of the ongoing "Metamorpheus" series, examining psychological rupture, duality, and integration through intuitive, physical mark-making.
